22. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH DAVEY COACH SALES, LLC FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR TO PROVIDE CONTINUED BUS\nMAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the existing Contract Services Agreement\nbetween the City of Carson and Davey Coach Sales, LLC, which would extend the agreement\nfor one additional year and update the contract terms as described in this report; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney.
