12. Resolution Adopting a Salary Chart for Full-Time Employees. The attached resolution and\nassociated full-time salary chart reflect negotiated and required compensation adjustments for\ncertain full-time employee classifications, including increases for La Verne Police Officer\nAssociation employees, the Ambulance Operator position, and a previously approved, but\ndeferred, salary adjustment for the City Manager position.\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt the Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A SALARY CHART FOR FULL-TIME\nEMPLOYEES.”
