RESOLUTION NO.      - First Amendment to Service Agreement SA-4700002141 with JH Albert International Insurance Advisors, Inc. dba Albert Risk Management Consultants:  To extend the term through April 20, 2025 and add $500,000 to the contract authority, covering risk management and insurance consulting services for Los Angeles World Airports \nPURPOSE: Extend the current contract with JH Albert International Insurance Advisors, Inc. dba Albert Risk Management Consultants through April 20, 2025, for risk management and insurance consulting services. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; find that the work can be performed more economically or feasibly by an independent contractor than by City employees; approve the First Amendment to Service Agreement SA-4700002141 with JH Albert International Insurance Advisors, Inc. dba Albert Risk Management Consultants; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said First Amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
