9.\nRESOLUTION NO. 26-08, BUDGET AMENDMENT – AMENDMENT NO. 2 - ENGINEERING DIVISION\nENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES, ENGINEER’S REPORT 26-08\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 26-08, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE MEASURE R AND RDA BOND PROCEEDS FUNDS TO THE\nAGREEMENT WITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC.\nb. approve Amendment No. 2 for the agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to increase the total\ncontract amount to a not-to-exceed value of $566,200 for Engineering Support Services; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, on behalf of the City, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.
