AWARD CONTRACT FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR ROLL-UP\nDOORS\nStaff recommend City Council award a contract to Miner Corporation for the term of January 1, 2026 –\nJune 30, 2027 with a not-to-exceed amount of $56,000 for Fiscal Year 2025/26 with an option to extend\nfor one additional year for overhead roll-up door maintenance at City Facilities; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract and any amendments; provided there is funding in the budget and it is\nwithin the City Manager’s signing authority; on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
