7.\nPROJECT NO. 7943 – AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR LOCAL STREET REHABILITATION ZONE 13 -\nPROFESSIONAL\nENGINEERING\nDESIGN\nAND\nCONSTRUCTION\nSUPPORT\nSERVICES\n/\nRESOLUTION NO. 26-05 – BUDGET AMENDMENT, ENGINEERS REPORT NO. 26-06\nStaff recommend City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 26-05, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE RMRA FUNDS TO PROJECT NO. 7943 – LOCAL STREETS\nREHABILITATION PROJECT DESIGN OF ZONE 13, in the amount of $344,595; and\nb. award an agreement West & Associates, Inc. for Project No. 7943 (Zone 13) to provide\nprofessional engineering services for design and construction support, for an amount not to exceed\n$344,595; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and any amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
