20. 26-54050\nRecommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a grant\nagreement, and any necessary documents including any necessary subsequent\namendments, with Long Beach Economic Partnership, of Long Beach, CA, for the\ndevelopment and implementation of economic development programs that\nprioritize business attraction, retention, and marketing to attract new domestic and\ninternational investment, create jobs, and generate local economic growth, in a\ntotal amount not to exceed $1,200,000, for the three year period from January 1,\n2026 to December 31, 2028; and\nIncrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Economic Development\nand Opportunity Department by $100,000, offset by a transfer from the Airport\nFund Group in the Airport Department.
