23. 26-54018\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB PW-25-624 and award a\ncontract to NexTechnology Systems, LLC, of Irvine, CA, to procure Rectangular\nRapid Flashing Beacons, in a total amount not to exceed $1,000,000, for an initial\nperiod of two (2) years, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-\nyear periods in an amount not to exceed $500,000, each renewal year, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to\nenter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.\n(Citywide)\nOffice or Department:\nPublic Works\nSuggested Action:\nApprove recommendation.
