14. 26-54009\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PR-25-626 and award contracts\nto Durham School Services, of Lisle, IL, and Zūm Services, Inc., of Redwood City,\nCA, to provide on-call/as-needed transportation services for youth, teen, and\nsenior recreation programming, in a total annual aggregate contract amount not to\nexceed $200,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
