RICO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider a Resolution approving the\nCommunity Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) Planning\nSummary and budget for fiscal year 2026-27.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PROGRAM PLANNING\nSUMMARY FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027”; 2) Approve the fiscal year 2026-27\nCDBG program budget and instruct Staff to submit the CDBG Program\nPlanning Summary for approval to the Los Angeles County Community\nDevelopment Commission by February 3, 2026.; and 3) Authorize the City\nManager (or designee) to execute all documents necessary to receive the\nCDBG allocation.
