TICUN, E.\nHAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider authorizing an increase to the\namount of the cooperative purchasing agreement with Enterprise FM Trust\nfor the acquisition and maintenance of the City’s fleet vehicles.\nRECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Finance & Technology Services\nDepartment to amend the Purchase Order with Enterprise FM Trust,\npursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, to include\nan additional $340,000 for the acquisition and maintenance of City fleet\nvehicles and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $1,065,000.
