RESOLUTION NO.      - Direct Payment to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association:  For amount not to exceed $180,000, covering general banking services provided to Los Angeles World Airports under City of Los Angeles Contract C-135446 for period of January 1, 2023 through April 19, 2025 \nPURPOSE: Authorize Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to pay for general banking services provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association to LAWA under City of Los Angeles Contract C-135446 from January 1, 2023 through April 19, 2025. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to directly pay JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association for said services.
