6.\nApprove the side letter agreements between the City of Redlands and (i) the Redlands\nAssociation of Fire Management Employees and (ii) the Redlands Professional\nFirefighters Association, which amend and modify the respective articles within each\nMemorandum of Understanding pertaining to longevity pay, for the purpose of ensuring\ncompliance with California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) reporting\nrequirements; and approve Salary Resolution No. 8749 and updated Salary Schedules\n(Human Resources/Risk Management Director Meteau)
