10.\nA RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES\nAWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,803,123 FOR THE HOLT AND ALLYN AFFORDABLE RENTAL\nHOUSING PROJECT\nResolution_-\n_Affordable_Housing___Sustainable_Communities_Program_-\n_Ontario_Affordable_Housing_Phase_II_RM.docx\nAHSC Application Workbook\nNew Grant Award Form - AHSC - signed 1.pdf\nHCD Final Project Report - Ontario II (executed).pdf\nAHSC R9 Conditional Award letter - Ontario Affordable Housing Phase\nII Executed.pdf\nThat the City Council accept the City of Ontario’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report\n(ACFR) for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025, and the City of Ontario's AB1600 Development\nImpact Fee (DIF) Annual Report for Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2025.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve the purchase and\ndelivery of six AuTel level 2 and two AuTel direct current electric vehicle (EV) chargers from\nBodEV Inc., of La Habra, California, utilizing the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant\n(EECBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in the amount of $173,184 plus a\n10% contingency for a total not-to-exceed amount of $190,502, consistent with the terms and\nconditions of the Sourcewell Contract #032824-ELV.\nThat the City Council adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution of all necessary documents\nto accept funding totaling $30,803,123 from the Affordable Housing and Sustainable\nCommunities Program for the Holt and Allyn Affordable Rental Housing Project.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, PROCLAIMING\nTHE CITY OF ONTARIO HAS APPLIED TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING & SUSTAINABLE\nCOMMUNITIES PROGRAM (AHSC PROGRAM NOFA) THUS DIRECTING THE CALIFORNIA\nDEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND THE STRATEGIC GROWTH\nCOUNCIL TO MAKE A CONDITIONAL COMMITMENT OF FUNDS TO ASSIST ONTARIO\nAFFORDABLE HOUSING PHASE II.
