21.\nA RESOLUTION APPROVING CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT\nAUTHORITY REVENUE BONDS UP TO $100 MILLION FOR FINANCING AND REFINANCING A\nCOMMERCIAL HOTEL PROJECT IN ONTARIO\nThat the City Council conduct a public hearing on the appeal, and after receiving public\ntestimony, partially grant and partially deny the appeal, and set aside the Planning\nCommission’s approval of the Development Plan and adoption of the Addendum to the Sports\nComplex EIR. Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Deny the Appeal as to Claims #2 and #3;\n2. Grant the Appeal as to Claims #1 and #4;\n3. Set aside the Planning Commission's adoption of the Sports Complex EIR Addendum and\napproval of the Development Plan; and\n4.
