Introduction of an Ordinance to Process Administrative Corrections to Del\nMar Municipal Code Chapter 23.12, Division 7 to Reflect Adoption of the\n2025 California Green Building Code with Local Amendments\nRecommended Action:Staff recommends the City Council introduce an Ordinance\n(Attachment A) to process administrative corrections requested by the California\nBuilding Standards Commission that involve amending Del Mar Municipal Code\n(DMMC) Chapter 23.12, Division 7 to reflect local adoption of the 2025 California\nGreen Building Code by the City Council in September 2025, and the City’s intent\nto carry forward local amendments previously adopted by the City Council in 2018\nthat require new non-residential construction to comply with the CalGreen Code\nAppendix A5.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 401-4, 401-9
