8.\nApproval of the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 26-27) for the Period from\nJuly 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and Administrative Budget\nIt is recommended that the City Councilas governing body of the SA:\n1. Approve the estimated ROPS 26-27 for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; and,\n2. Adopt the Successor Agency Administrative Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and,\n3. Adopt Resolution No. SA 2026-001\n4. Direct staff to send the approved ROPS 26-27 to the County Executive Office, County Auditor\nController, the State Controller, and DOF by February 1, 2026; and,\n5.
