4.\nBudget Transfer for National Peace Officers Memorial Week Attendance to Honor Officer\nSamuel Riveros\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve budget transfer of $35,000 from Account 100-30-340-50120-00000 (Patrol Overtime)\nto Account 100-30-300-53350-00000 (Meetings and Conferences) for National Peace Officers\nMemorial Week attendance; and\n2. Authorize the Chief of Police to finalize travel arrangements for ten department personnel; and\n3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents related to this\ntransfer; and,\n4.
