12.\nApprove an agreement with Forensic Nurse Specialists, Inc., in a cumulative amount not to\nexceed $900,000, for a one year period not to exceed $150,000, for the collection of forensic\nevidence with respect to victims of sexual assault and other forms of interpersonal violence, with\nfour one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Chief of Police, or designee, to administer the\nagreement and execute any cost neutral amendments or renewal options under the terms and\nconditions of the agreement.
