Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802\nAPPLICANT AGENT: Kenneth Pang; 150 El Camino Real, #112, Tustin, CA 92780\nPROJECT LOCATION: The property is located at 515 West Katella Avenue, approximately 260\nfeet east of Harbor Boulevard.\nREQUEST: The applicant requests approval of an increase in the number of hotel rooms at the\nWyndham Hotel from the previously-approved 78 rooms to 107 rooms, and changes to accessory\nuse areas. The request requires approval of the following entitlements: (1) General Plan\nAmendment to create a new density category, “Medium Density (Modified B)” for the Anaheim\nResort Specific Plan (ARSP); (2) Amendment No. 18 to the ARSP to create a new density category\n“Medium Density (Modified B),” including an amendment to the Zoning Code; (3) Administrative\nAdjustment to allow a 28% reduction in the number of parking spaces required by the Code.\nENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The City Council will consider whether to approve and\nadopt an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and Mitigation Monitoring\nProgram (MMP) No. 395, and determine that the IS/MND and MMP No. 395 prepared for the project\nin compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) are adequate to serve as the\nappropriate environmental documentation for the project.\nREPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS:
