9.\nApprove the Close-Out Change Order with Allison Mechanical, Inc., in the amount of $42,000,\nwhich includes the settlement of any City of Anaheim and Allison Mechanical outstanding claims,\nfor the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Rehabilitation and Replacement Project at\nAnaheim West Tower; and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Change Order\nand take such actions as are necessary or required to implement and administer the Change\nOrder.
