12.2\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Professional\nServices Agreement with RRM Design Group for Design,\nArchitecture and Engineering Services for the Veterans Park\nRefurbishment Project\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute a Professional Services Agreement with RRM Design\nGroup (“RRM”) for Design, Architecture and Engineering\nServices for the Veterans Park Refurbishment Project, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve additional design\nservices that may be necessary to cover any unforeseen\nconditions in an amount not to exceed 10% of the Professional\nServices Agreement.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution No. 2026-15\nExhibit 2 – Professional Services Agreement with Exhibits
