2.\nCOMMENDATIONS: WINNERS OF THE 2025 HOLIDAY HOME DECORATING\nCONTEST – F2M26-3\nMayor Maloney and the Alhambra City Council, on behalf of the citizens of Alhambra, wish\nto recognize and congratulate the winning contestants from the 2025 Holiday Home\nDecorating Contest. This contest invited residents to show their sense of community and\nholiday spirit through the use of holiday decorations on their homes. The winners are to\nbe commended for displaying extraordinary efforts in enhancing and promoting a family-\noriented community through their colorful and imaginative holiday displays. Once the 30-minute time\nlimit has been reached, any remaining speakers will be permitted to speak at the end of the\nmeeting.
