6.1\nConsideration of a Resolution Allocating Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for FY 2026-2027 for\nthe Residential Rehabilitation Program and the Lead Testing\nand Abatement Program\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil conduct a public hearing on the City’s Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (“CDBG”) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027\nestimated funds and upon consideration of public testimony and\ndiscussion of relevant issues, adopt the attached Resolution\napproving the direction of FY 2026-2027 CDBG funds for the\nResidential Rehabilitation Program and the Lead Testing and\nAbatement Program.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 – Resolution 2026-09\nExhibit 2 – Public Hearing Notice
