1.\nApprove a Lease Agreement with the Anaheim Community Foundation, in the annual rental\namount of $1.00, to provide administrative office space at 883 S. Anaheim Blvd., for a term\ncommencing February 1, 2026 and terminating January 31, 2030 with two one-year optional\nrenewals, and authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to execute and implement the terms\nof the Lease Agreement.
