Site Plan Review (SPR) 22-01 - Acceptance of Improvements (Water)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the completed water system installed by the developer for the following project:\nProject Location/Owner\nSPR No. 22-01 20th Street West and Avenue K (APN: 3129-016-066)\nOwner: FRE Lancaster SS, LLC\nWater system improvements are approved by the City in order to exonerate the Developer’s\nUndertaking Agreement and release improvement securities. The water system for this\nproject has been constructed and completed to the satisfaction of the local water purveyor,\nLos Angeles County Waterworks District 40-04, Antelope Valley, and was constructed\naccording to the approved plans and specifications. Additionally, the work has been inspected\nand found to be satisfactory by the Director of Public Works.
