Environmental Considerations:\nThe proposed project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301\n(c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts projects\ncharacterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving\nnegligible or no expansion of the existing site. The proposed\nproject meets the criteria for this exemption.
