Conducting a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed Fiscal\nYear 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program;\n2. Adopting a resolution authorizing the allocation for the 52nd Year of\nCommunity\nDevelopment\nBlock\nGrant\n(CDBG)\nfunds\nfor\nFiscal\nYear\n2026-2027;\n3. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to prepare, execute, and submit\nthe Planning Summary, agreements, and all required documents for the Fiscal\nYear 2026-2027 CDBG Program; and\n4.
