8.H.\nEngineering Services for Beverly Boulevard at Norwalk Boulevard\nRealignment Project - Professional Services Agreement\nRecommendation:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. to complete the Engineering\nServices for Beverly Boulevard at Norwalk Boulevard Realignment Project\nfor a fee not to exceed $300,000; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No 2026-07, amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget\nto add supplemental appropriations and revenues in the amount of\n$1,800,000 for the Beverly Boulevard at Norwalk Boulevard Realignment\nProject.
