APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RKA CONSULTING GROUP FOR\nVARIOUS ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECTS\nThat the City Council:\n1) Approve a professional services agreement with RKA Consulting Group, Incorporated in the amount of\n$770,480 for design of various roadway rehabilitation projects; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any non-substantive extensions, change orders,\npurchase orders, and amendments up to the authorized budget amount for the professional services agreement\nwith RKA Consulting Group, Inc.
