6.\nConsideration of Resolution to Accept the Fire Foundation Fire Marshal Vehicle Grant\nAward\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, authorizing the City\nManager or designee to:\nExecute any documents and agreements necessary for receipt of the grant and\nthe equipment;\n1.\nAccept, appropriate, and expend the Fire Foundation Award of $45,892, and the\n20% cost share for the purchase of a Fire Marshal staff vehicle; and\n2.\nAuthorize the appropriation and expenditure of fund balance for the 20% cost\nshare in the Vehicle Replacement Fund (606) (currently estimated to be\n$11,473), and execute a transfer of the 20% cost share to the Fire Foundation\nFire Marshal Vehicle Grant for procurement of the vehicle.\n3.
