9.\nStaff\nrecommends\nthat\nthe\nCity\nCouncil\napprove\nAmendment 5 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Dokken Engineering (“Dokken”), in the amount\nof $56,755 for a revised contract amount not to exceed\n$1,578,684, for additional design and preparation of plans\nfor the Coastal Rail Trail Project from Oceanside Boulevard\nto Morse Street; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe amendment upon the receipt of all necessary\ndocuments.\n25-1142\nCity Council:
