21.\nAccept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize\nexecution of a construction contract with Nobest, Inc. in the amount\nof $196,700 for the Residential Zone 3 Curb Ramp Project, CC-1838\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Nobest, Inc. in the\namount of $196,700; and,\nB) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute change orders up to 10% of the\ncontract amount; and,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nRecommended Action:\n26-054
