13.\nAPROVE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AFFORDABLE HOUSING\nSOLUTIONS AGENCY (LACAHSA) AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION AND PRESERVATION NOTICE\nOF FUNDING AVAILABILITY (NOFA)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve submission of a grant application to the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions\nAgency (LACAHSA) in response to the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for housing production and\npreservation; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all grant award / NOFA documents; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
