8E.\nAcceptance of the construction of the Temporary Fire Station #1 Project\n(CF25A).  Environmental Considerations: The actions being considered by the\nCity Council are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nbecause they are not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines.
