D’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the waiver of Parking Meter Fees and Encroachment Permit Fees in conjunction with a Special Event Permit for City businesses participating in the 2026 West Hollywood Art Walk, which will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026.\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve the waiver of Parking Meter and Encroachment Permit fees in conjunction with a Special Event Permit for City businesses participating in the 2026 West Hollywood Art Walk to activate their businesses on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 in waived fees.
