VASQUEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will approve and adopt the attached “Title VI Plan Update” for the City’s Transportation Programs.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve and adopt the Title VI Plan Update, effective March 1, 2026; and 2) Direct staff to submit the attached Title VI Plan Update to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), as required, and to implement the associated program.
