6.1 Introduction and First Reading of a Proposed Ordinance Modifying the\nParking Requirement for Low-Intensity Medical Office Uses\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1) Conduct a public hearing; and\n2) Find and determine that this Ordinance is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to California Code of Regulations,\nTitle 14, Chapter 3, Sections 15060 (c)(2) (the activity will not result in a direct or\nreasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment) and\n15060(c)(3) (the activity is not a project as defined in Section 15378) because it\nhas no potential for resulting in physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly; and\n3) Introduce for first reading, read by title only, and waive further reading of an\nOrdinance entitled: “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nLAGUNA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT NO. RZNE-\n0007-2023, AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 9 (ZONING AND SUBDIVISIONS) OF THE\nLAGUNA HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE, UPDATING CHAPTER 9-44 (ACCESS AND\nPARKING) TO MODIFY THE PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR LOW-INTENSITY\nMEDICAL OFFICE USES INCLUDING CHIROPRACTIC, ACUPUNCTURE, OPTOMETRY,\nPHYSICAL THERAPY, AND PSYCHOTHERAPY OFFICES”.\n4
