11D. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE\nAGREEMENT WITH THE HERITAGE OF SAN CLEMENTE FOUNDATION\nFOR INSTALLATION OF A SECURITY CAMERA AT PARK SEMPER FI AND\nFINDING THE PROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-21, which will:\n1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Title 14, Sections\n15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities) and/or 15303 (Class 3 - New\nConstruction or Conversion of Small Structures).\n2. Approve a License Agreement with the Heritage of San Clemente\nFoundation authorizing the installation, operation, monitoring, and\nmaintenance of a security camera at Park Semper Fi (106 Alameda\nLane).\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-\n11, by and between the City of San Clemente and Heritage of San\nClemente Foundation, providing for a license agreement authorizing the\ninstallation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a security camera\nat Park Semper Fi, and authorize the City Manager to execute at his\ndiscretion any future term extensions consistent with its provisions.
