11H. CONSIDERATION OF AN EXEMPTION TO THE FORMAL SOLICITATION\nPROCESS, AWARDING AND APPROVING A SERVICE EXTENSION IN\nACCORDANCE WITH THE EXISTING MASTER SUBSCRIPTION\nAGREEMENT WITH GRANICUS, INC. FOR THE GRANICUS LEGISLATIVE\nMANAGEMENT SYSTEM\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-25, which will:\n1. Authorize an exemption to the formal solicitation process under City Policy\n201-2-1, Section XI.A.1.1.2.\n2. Award and approve a three-year extension under the Master Subscription\nAgreement with Granicus, LLC. for the Granicus Legislative Management\nSystem.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C19-88, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nGranicus, LLC., providing for a three year extension for the Legislative\nManagement System, in an amount not to exceed $113,961 over a\nthree-year term.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute future agreement extensions\nproviding the annual increase in subscription fees does not exceed 5%\nper year.
