I.9\nAPPROVE THE COUNCIL CHAMBER SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nAND AUTHORIZE A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT (REPORT OF:\nPUBLIC WORKS) (ALL DISTRICTS)\nApprove The Council Chamber Security Improvements Project (803 0071) And\nAuthorize An Amendment To The Adopted Capital Improvement Plan For Fiscal\nYears 2025/26 and 2026/27 To Incorporate The Project\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the recommended Council Chamber Security Improvements Project\nNumber 803 0071; and\n2. Amend the Adopted Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2025/26 and\n2026/27 to include the Council Chamber Security Improvements Project Number 803\n0071; and Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact Section of\nthis staff report; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent agreements, extensions, or\namendments within the City Council approved budget and subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney.
