(Pena) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-__, A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES\nCONFIRMING THE REPORT OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT COSTS AND\nAUTHORIZING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, IN THE FORM OF A LIEN, IN\nTHE AMOUNT OF $151,056.18 TO RECOVER ABATEMENT COSTS ON\nTHE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4361 EXULTANT DRIVE (APN 7564-004-026)\n(CASE NO.
