E.\nConsider awarding a professional services agreement to RHA Landscape\nArchitects-Planners Inc. for design and support services for playground\nimprovements at Ryan Park. (Berg)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) in the\namount of $122,500 for a term of six months to RHA Landscape Architects-\nPlanners Inc. for Design and Engineering Services for playground\nimprovements at Ryan Park pursuant to Capital Improvement Project No.\n8426 – Park Playground Improvements; 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the\nagreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3) Approve use of existing\nallocated Measure A funds by authorizing staff to submit a grant application to\nthe Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District for\nreimbursement in the amount of $122,500; and, 4) Approve a budget\nadjustment of $92,500 from Measure A Fund under Park Playground\nImprovements from Construction to Design and Engineering Services.\nAgenda Report
