CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK FOR\nENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE CITY OF CARSON NEIGHBORHOOD\nPRIDE PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Dudek for on-call\nenvironmental services for a five-year term, for a not-to-exceed amount of $105,000 annually,\nor $525,000 for the five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; the "Agreement")\n— 2.
