22. CONSIDER ACCEPTANCE OF THE EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG)\nPROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 AND 2023 (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. ACCEPT the Fiscal Year 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funding in\nthe amount of $32,488.00.\n— 2. ACCEPT the Fiscal Year 2023 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funding in\nthe amount of $34,992.00.\n— 3. ACCEPT the Award Conditions and AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the award\nconditions and any related grant documents subject to approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 23)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
