AUTHORIZE the California Enterprise Development Authority to\nissue bonds in an amount not to exceed $125,000,000 for the\npurpose of financing, refinancing, and/or reimbursing the cost of\nacquisition, construction, improvement and equipping of certain\neducational facilities located at 15600 Mulholland Drive, 15900\nMulholland Drive, and/or 15800 Zeldins' Way in Council District\n5.\n2. HOLD a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA)\nHearing and ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION,\nattached to the Motion, at the City Council Meeting to be held\non February 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., located at 200 North Spring\nStreet, Room 340, Los Angeles, California 90012.\nItems for which Public Hearings Have Been Held
