APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code\nSection 62.132 the Street Banner Program being coordinated\nby Council District Fifteen to honor Black History Month as a\nCity of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the\nperiod of February 2026 - March 2026.\n2. APPROVE the content of the street banner design, attached to\nthe Motion.
