TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $32,249.18 in the Council\nDistrict 10 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture\nFund No. 43D/50 to the Council Fund No. 100/28, Account No.\n6010 (Office and Administrative) for costs associated with sign\nfabrication and installation· services for the Los Angeles Korean\nFestival.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to prepare, process\nand execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to\nThe Amgraph Group, or any other agency or organization, as\nappropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections,\nclarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions,\nincluding any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent\nof this Motion, and including any corrections and change to fund\nor account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes\nmay be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
