(7)\n25-1315\nCD 10\nPLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to investigating any matters of reported nuisance activities at\nthe property located at 2618 West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Hutt - Lee):\nINSTRUCT the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of\nthe Department of Building and Safety and the Los Angeles Police\nDepartment, and in consultation with the City Attorney, to investigate\nany matters of reported nuisance activities occurring onsite at the\nproperty located at 2618 West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Los\nAngeles, CA 90008; and thereafter, the Zoning Administrator may\ninitiate Administrative Nuisance Abatement Proceedings per Los\nAngeles Municipal Code Section 12.27.1; Chapter 1A Section\n13B.6.2; and prepare the necessary reports and recommendations,\nconduct the required public hearings, and thereby protect the public\npeace, health, and safety of the community by imposing corrective\nconditions to address the reported nuisance activities that are\noccurring onsite at the property.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
