PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated\nDecember 3, 2025, directing the transfer of surplus money from\nthe Power Revenue Fund of the Department of Water and\nPower to the City Reserve Fund during Fiscal Year 2025-26.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Board. Neither the\nCity Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has\ncompleted a financial analysis of this report.
